Questions to Ask When Drafting Copy

Here are some questions you can ask yourself when starting to write.

1. What is my purpose for writing?
2. What will my readers want to know about my topic?
3. How can I best arrange my information to make my ideas clear to my
readers?
4. What will make a good lead?
5. What are my main ideas?
6. What details can I use to develop my main ideas?
7. What will make a strong conclusion (or beginning if your writing
inverted pyramid)
