Our Sr. Web Designers can:
- work with digital strategists and client partners to establish strategies, budgets, timelines and milestones for design projects.
- expertly lead and facilitate the design discovery process, conducting thorough research to understand brand message, user motivation and overall business objectives
- flawlessly bring their discipline into the project lifecycle by concepting and executing beautiful designs, translating feedback into tangible results while also providing deliverables on time and on budget.
- direct and energize themselves and others to execute finalization on all design deliverables with excellence, ensuring that quality and accuracy in all assets delivered.
Our Sr. Web Designers have:
- excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- demonstrated organizational skills which allow them to meet stringent deadlines.
- the ability to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and manage time, resources and project load efficiently.
- a minute attention to detail
- some experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Jquery, ActionScript, and JavaScript.
- in-depth experience with Web and Graphics Software such as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Front Page and Illustrator
- a positive attitude and solutions focused approach which keeps design work, and team members, moving forward.
- at least 5 years experience in producing high quality, user centered design
- a BA in Digital Design, Fine arts or related background.
Pay
up to $85,000 annual salary, commensurate with relevant experience
