A digital component is often the next logical step of engagement after a commercial campaign. As with many pharma campaigns, it’s crucial to keep patients engaged and inspire patients to take a leading role in managing their condition. James Earl Jones and Mike Golic were crucial in the success of Janssen’s INVOKANA® campaign. Implementing our prototype and co-creation approach, Local Wisdom created a doctor’s discussion guide in the Golic phase and social media cards, a Buzzfeed-style quiz and WebMD ads for the James Earl Jones phase. Both campaign phases and website achieved success in helping patients interact in the digital space, especially on social media.
