Johnson & Johnson’s Patience Assistance Foundation website and the patients who use it struggled with a common digital challenge: a plethora of pages, outdated, and not at all mobile-friendly. To cut down the amount of time it takes to apply and to simplify the process of determining if patients are eligible, Local Wisdom went through the steps of varying user types and launched a user and mobile friendly website.
